Rooter Hero Plumbing’s Dispatch and Technician Tony were on point from my experience. Dispatcher was quick to get our emergency call pushed through and prioritized to the technician Tony that was luckily in our area. We were lucky to have him arrive within 20 minutes and get the water back on for all the residents. Tony isn’t your average Joe plumber his knowledge, experience and drive makes him one of a kind technician.

The technicians who helped out with this job were very professional, courteous, & helpful. They were thorough in answering my questions. I was also very appreciative that they wore masks while they were in my home. I am satisfied with the service they provided.

We called Rooter Hero when our kitchen sink pipes backed up, and we’re so glad we did! They arrived within an hour of my call for help. Israel was awesome and quickly assessed what was needed to fix our issue. He gave us a fair price quote and included a senior discount for my dad. He called for backup and the needed equipment and had everything fixed within 2 hours! We will definitely call Rooter Hero if we ever have plumbing issues again!

A little more than another competitor. However you get what you pay for in this case. Nick spent ample time explaining my water heater and answering many questions. He included a six-year warranty and great service plan for my water heater. Rooter Hero makes life easier.

They made an attempt to unclog the toilet except it took removing it to complete the job. We didn't have the money so we did it ourselves. Manuel was very professional and I would recommend rooter hero to anyone.

Great work done by the team at Rooter Hero! They were fairly priced, gave sound advice that was empathetic to my financial expectations, and performed superior work. The technicians were extremely professional; no messes left! I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them for any future plumbing needs!

We’ve been having drain issues for months and have used a couple companies. Haven’t gotten the issue resolved because we felt nickled and dimed. Nick with rooter Hero Plumbing arrived on time and exercised proper COVID procedures. He was able to give us a flat rate that was fair to get the job done. We felt taken care of. Our plumbing is back to normal. This company is a must use! Ask for nick.

Today, Rooter Hero provided prompt customer service and response time. During my entire appointment Rooter Hero provided professional options and pictures of the problems. I greatly appreciated their professionalism.

I had a clogged kitchen sink and Cesar came out, honored my online coupon was very professional and made certain he had cleared the clog & cleaned up after himself. I was Very satisfied with this company & would recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

I contacted Rooter Hero on Monday and they were able to come out Tuesday morning to fix my broken toilet handle. They didn’t give me an estimate over the phone but they provide a free estimate in person so I was okay with them coming out to check out the issue. Their price ended up being more affordable than what I was quoted via phone from other companies! Elifonso was great and very nice even when my puppy kept bothering him lol. I’m happy I went with this company and would use them again in the future. They also offer a 90 day warranty which is nice.

We contacted Rooter Hero to fix a backed up bathroom drain and they arrived within an hour to help us. Mike was able to quickly get the clog cleared out and charged us a fair price. He walked me through the whole process before starting, which was nice. He even let my son watch him and ask questions while working on it. Thanks again!

Great service. Selected Rooter Hero Plumbing based on availability and rating. Scheduling was easy and team tried hard to accommodate same day service. Technician showed up in time scheduled and discussed required work up front. Work was done in a clean and efficient way. Overall team didn't spent more then 1h on the premise. Team was friendly and helpful. Will definitely use them again.

Rooter Hero did an excellent job for us replacing our drainage pipes underneath our house. They were very respectful and professional during the entire job. Carlos was great? He kept me informed of the progress and work that was being done and respected the special needs that we required as a household of senior folks! I will definitely request him if I ever have need to call them for their assistance again. Great big atta boy for him!

A friend suggested I call Rooter Hero for a backed up kitchen sink.  I called about 2 pm. A plumber arrived at 3:15 pm. Gustavo, the plumber, explained the sink plumbing had been improperly installed and would continue to cause problems. A previous plumber only cleared it.  Gustavo re-plumbed for a reasonable fee.  He is very knowledgeable, professional, honest, and does great work.  I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the experience. I highly recommend Rooter Hero.

Kyle was very professional and walked me thru what needed to be done and gave me the quote before he started working.  He left everything clean and I was informed to not mop for at least 24 hours so the caulking could set.  Good to know!  I was very happy with his professionalism and I  could tell he took pride in his work.  He's a good representative of the company!

I called Rooter Hero for an emergency repair after waiting and getting pushed down the list by another company all morning. Rooter sent out Gabriel Gonzalez who came out sooner than quoted and went to work right away. They reviewed the work and gave a few quotes based on my budget and level of repair I wanted (band aid fix that'll need another repair later or costly full repair). I opted to get it fixed permanently and they were able to get me a small discount to help. After working a few hours and night had fallen, it was decided it would take a full day to repair so they went to get a part to fix it temporarily so we'd have water that night. The next morning, they arrived on time and spent the remainder of the day fixing the issue. We noticed a small leak later on where they had repaired so I called and they sent Gabriel back out who prioritized it and was able to fix it quickly. I'd happily use Rooter Hero again.

Very happy with entire experience! George Delgado was our technician... he was so helpful and did such great work! Very nice and professional. We appreciate everything he did for us. He was very patient and answered all questions in an easy to understand manner. When we had another issue the next day, we called him and he came right over and helped us out! We've used Rooter Hero Gardena in the past, and will continue to do so in the future! ... thanks!
